Hydro Colon Cleansing...What is it?

I have to tell ya, they don't call me the "detox diva" for nothing. I've tried just about every form of detox(safe) out there and don't recommend anything for my clients that I haven't tried myself. This one was no exception. I must admit, I had a lot of apprehensions beforehand, but all of them were put to rest during my first visit to a Day Spa which offered this service. I actually used a Groupon deal which made it easier on the pockets. I have since recommended it to countless clients and none have had any regrets...just thanks!

The atmosphere was very calming and I was made to feel very much at ease. The room was very comfortable and "spa-like" with the calming music, scented candles, and warm comfy robes. The young female technician who did my procedure explained everything to me up front and answered all of my questions. It helped that I had already watched videos of it on several websites including their's. Let me start though first by giving you some of the benefits of a hydro colon cleanse then answer some of the questions I had and you may have too:

  1. Improves Digestion and Prevents Constipation

  2. Increases Energy and Concentration

  3. Jumpstarts Weight-loss

  4. Supports Overall Colon Health

  5. Encourages Whole Body Detox

  6. Relief From Gas and Bloating

  7. Clearer Skin and Eyes

  8. Improved Mental Clarity

  9. Improved Circulation

What is it?

A gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water to remove encrusted fecal matter, gas, and mucus. This allows for better absorption of vital nutrients and can leave you feeling lighter and more energized.

Is it embarrassing?

No. You will not smell any odor from the bowel movement as it is a closed system and your dignity is preserved via a private room and drapping.

Does it hurt?

You may feel minor discomfort from the pressure of the warm water filling the colon. Some who have particularly clogged colons may experience nausea when the toxins are dislodged from the colon walls.

How will I feel afterwards?

Let me hear all about your experience after your first visit guys!

Wishing You Wellness,
