Banana-Berry Cashew Shake


16 ounces of Vanilla Cashew Milk

2 large frozen ripe bananas

6 soaked pitted dates

1 cup of mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Then enjoy this protein, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin, anti-oxidant, and energy packed drink! Optional: Top with berries of your choice!
