5 Fav Smoothie Recipes Yummmm!

Smoothies, my favorite meal of the day and an awesome way to get a jumpstart on getting in the majority of your nutrients for the day! They can be power packed with phytonutrients, superfoods, omega 3's, vitamins, proteins, and other anti-oxidant rich and anti-inflammatory fruits and veggies. I have successfully helped persons incorporate them into their lifestyle to help stabilize cholesterol, blood-sugar, and blood-pressure levels. Plus, the fact that you can slip veggies in on the family to give them a healthy boost is priceless! In fact, when I feature my smoothie demos in schools the kids love them. When I feature them for corporations, the men devour them! You can boost your immune system and help keep colds and flus at bay. Here are 5 of my absolute favs!

"ALEXANDER THE GRAPE"

  • 1 cup of black seedless grapes

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 handful of greens

  • 5-6 soaked pitted dates

  • 16 ounces of water or coconut milk

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND ENJOY!!!

"TROPICAL BREEZES"

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup frozen papaya

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

  • 5-6 soaked pitted dates

  • 16 ounces coconut milk

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND ENJOY!!!

"CHOCO-CHERRY MANIA"

  • 1 cup frozen black cherries

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas

  • 1 handful of greens

  • 5-6 soaked pitted dates

  • 1 handful greens

  • 16 ounces water or chocolate almond milk

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND ENJOY!

BASIC GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • 1 apple

  • 1 Bosch pear

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 handful of greens

  • 5-6 soaked pitted dates

  • 16 ounces of water

"MEGA GREEN SMOOTHIE"

  • 1 scoop spirulina

  • 1 handful of greens

  • 1 cup of frozen fruit

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop hemp seed

  • 16 ounces hemp seed milk

  • 5-6 soaked pitted dates
